Is this course AHA certified?

Yes. Upon successful completion, students receive an American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross, or American Health and Safety Institute, BLS Provider eCard, valid for 2 years.

Which organization issues the certification?

Our BLS courses follow American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines. CPR & First Aid courses meet nationally recognized standards and employer requirements.

What is the difference between certification, recertification, and renewal?

● Certification is for first-time students.
● Renewal is for those renewing an existing certification before or after expiration, depending on eligibility.

Do courses include hands-on skills practice?

Absolutely. Our hands-on skills practice and testing ensure students can confidently perform CPR, AED use, choking relief, and First Aid techniques in real-life scenarios.

What if I don’t pass the skills or written test?

Our instructors provide coaching and remediation as needed. Retesting options are available according to AHA guidelines.

Are instructor-led classes available?

Yes. We offer instructor-led classes led by experienced, certified instructors who provide real-time feedback, demonstrations, and skill evaluations.

What is the difference between Instructor-Led and Online BLS courses?

● Instructor-Led: In-person, hands-on training with an instructor (often required by hospitals and employers).
● Online/Blended: Part online, part in-person skills session.
Many employers require Instructor-Led training, so always check your workplace requirements.

Do you offer virtual or online courses?

Yes. We offer virtual and blended learning options, especially for healthcare workers and busy professionals. These courses combine online learning with required in-person or skills check components when applicable.

Can you provide on-site training for workplaces or organizations?

Yes. We offer on-site group training for businesses, schools, childcare centers, healthcare facilities, and community organizations. This option is ideal for teams that want convenient, efficient training at their location. We offer group discounts and on-site training for hospitals, clinics, schools, and businesses.
